- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts or nuts (optional)
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Sprinkle mini chocolate chips and any additional nuts over the top.
- Freeze for at least 2-3 hours until firm.
