  • 1 1/4 cups cold unsalted butter, diced
  • 5 cups peeled and chopped peaches (about 7-8 medium peaches)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar (for filling)
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (for filling)
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt (for filling)
  • 6 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar (preferably dark)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Add cold butter and mix until crumbly. Reserve one-third for topping.
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and press the remaining mixture into the bottom to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, mix chopped peaches with sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt. Toss gently to coat.
  4. Spread peach filling over the crust, drizzle with heavy cream, then sprinkle reserved crumble mixture on top and add brown sugar.
  5. Bake for about 60 minutes or until golden brown. Allow cooling completely before slicing.
