  • 1/2 cup thick yogurt (dairy-free if needed)
  • 1/4 cup milk (soy or plant-based)
  • 100 g fresh raspberries (plus more for serving)
  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • Small pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine rolled oats, yogurt, milk, raspberries, maple syrup (if using), salt, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a small bowl, melt dark chocolate and coconut oil using a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
