  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In one bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, mix melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently until just mixed; avoid overmixing.
  4. Fold in the blueberries gently.
  5. Prepare the cream cheese filling by blending cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
