  • 1 cup Strawberries (washed and cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 cup Green Grapes (washed and halved)
  • 1 cup Red Grapes (washed and halved)
  • 1 cup Blueberries (washed)
  • 1 Apple (washed, cored, peeled, and diced)
  • 1 Banana (peeled and sliced)
  • ¼ cup Pecans (chopped)
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 – 2 tbsp Honey
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp Almond Extract

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine strawberries, green grapes, red grapes, blueberries, apple, and banana (add banana just before serving if preparing ahead).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and almond extract until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the yogurt mixture into the fruit until well combined.
  4. Top with chopped pecans before serving.
