  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 ounce packet onion soup mix
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 teaspoon table salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, beaten egg, salt, black pepper, and milk. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together ketchup, apple cider vinegar, and brown sugar for the glaze.
  4. Line a loaf pan with half of the glaze on the bottom and sides. Add the meat mixture and shape it in the pan; then spread the remaining glaze on top.
