  • 1 ½ cups creamy peanut butter
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 3 cups powdered sugar, sifted
  • 10 ounces dark chocolate chips
  • ⅓ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter and cocoa powder; whisk until smooth. Add sugar, salt, eggs, and vanilla; mix well. Gradually stir in flour.
  3. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. While cooling, mix peanut butter, melted butter, vanilla, and powdered sugar until smooth; spread over cooled brownies.
  5. Heat heavy cream in a saucepan; remove from heat and stir in dark chocolate chips until melted and glossy. Pour over peanut butter layer.
  6. Allow brownies to cool completely before cutting into squares.
