  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp light mayo
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté diced onion and minced garlic until softened (about 5 minutes).
  2. Add lean ground beef to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper; cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. For the dressing, mix light mayo, ketchup, pickle juice, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
