  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 3 tablespoons cheesecake instant pudding mix
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
  • 3/4 cup strawberry glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press this mixture into tortilla shells evenly on both sides.
  2. Place coated shells on a baking tray and bake for about 11 minutes until golden. Cool completely.
  3. In another bowl, blend cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add pudding mix, heavy cream, and vanilla extract; mix until fluffy.
  4. Fill each taco shell with the cheesecake mixture using a piping bag. Top with chopped strawberries and drizzle with strawberry glaze.
