  • 1½ tablespoons alcohol-free vanilla extract
  • 1 cup paradise fruit and peel mix
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a stand mixer, cream together granulated sugar, brown sugar, and butter until fluffy.
  4. Add in the egg and both types of vanilla extract; mix until combined.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients; mix until just combined.
