  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Add the sliced chicken and season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Add the thinly sliced bell peppers to the skillet and sauté for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender but crisp.
  4. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.
  5. Assemble each burrito by layering cooked rice, chicken mixture, ranch dressing, and shredded cheese on each tortilla.
  6. Roll each burrito tightly by folding in the sides first before rolling from one end to the other.
  7. If desired, toast the burritos seam-side down in the skillet for about 2 minutes on each side for a crispy finish.
