  • 1 can (14.5 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 small white onion, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • ½ packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions
