  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
  • Flaky sea salt (for sprinkling on top)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, and sea salt; stir until well combined.
  4. Roll mixture into small balls (1 to 2 tablespoons each) and place on the prepared baking sheet. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes or freezer for 15 minutes.
  5. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  6. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, then return to the baking sheet.
  7. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set.
