  • 46 medium croissants (preferably slightly stale)
  • 1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1½ cups whole milk
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese (optional)
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Tear croissants into chunks and layer half in a greased baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the croissant layer and add remaining croissant pieces on top.
