  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar (for cinnamon filling)
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, mix sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and zucchini until well combined.
  4. Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just blended.
  5. Mix melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon for the filling.
  6. Layer half the batter in the loaf pan, drizzle with half of the cinnamon mixture. Repeat with remaining batter and filling.
  7. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before glazing with powdered sugar mixed with milk.
