  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the linguine in a pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
  2. 2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt half of the butter. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet and let rest before slicing.
