  • 12 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Cook bowtie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add seasoned chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, melt remaining butter, then stir in heavy cream and milk until warmed.
  5. Gradually add cheeses until melted and smooth; season with additional spices.
  6. Toss cooked pasta into the sauce along with the chicken; mix until well coated.
