  • 15 oz cheese tortellini
  • lbs boneless chicken breast
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4½ tbsp unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 2¼ tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • ¾ cup chicken broth
  • 4½ oz Velveeta cheese
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 1½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter, then sauté the chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt remaining butter, add garlic, then pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir well.
  4. Add Velveeta, mozzarella, Parmesan, and cream cheese until melted into a smooth sauce.
  5. Stir in Dijon mustard and lemon juice, then add the cooked tortellini and chicken to coat evenly.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
