  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp seasoned with Cajun seasoning and cook until pink (about 2-3 minutes each side). Drizzle with lemon juice before removing from the skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, melt remaining butter and stir in heavy cream and milk. Add cheeses until melted into a smooth sauce; season with Italian seasoning and additional spices.
  5. Toss cooked spaghetti in the sauce, then add shrimp back to the pan, gently mixing until heated through. Serve hot.
