  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the seasoned chicken for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken from the skillet. Lower heat and add butter and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream while stirring to deglaze the pan. Add grated Parmesan cheese and simmer until thickened.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet, coating it with the sauce. Simmer for an additional 2–3 minutes before serving.
