  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente; drain and reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and melt butter; sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Stir in tomato sauce and paste; let simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  4. Lower heat and add heavy cream; stir until thickened.
  5. Mix in cream cheese until fully melted.
  6. Add Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; stir until smooth.
  7. Toss cooked spaghetti into the sauce; add reserved pasta water as needed for consistency.
