  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound pasta of your choice

  2. Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot and cook your chosen pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  3. In a medium saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Mash the roasted garlic cloves into a paste and cook for about 2 minutes.
