  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter (divided)
  • 8 ounces cremini mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup white apple vinegar
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream

  3. In the same skillet, add remaining butter, mushrooms, and Italian seasoning. Cook until mushrooms release moisture (about 5-6 minutes).
  4. Stir in minced garlic and cook for one minute. Add white apple vinegar, scraping the pan, and reduce for 2-3 minutes.
