  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Optional: ¼ teaspoon red-pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Rinse and halve the Brussels sprouts, then pat them dry.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and optional red-pepper flakes.
  3. Toss the halved Brussels sprouts in the garlic butter mixture until fully coated. Spread them cut-side down on a baking sheet.
