  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 medium onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • Fresh chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Soften the cream cheese in the microwave until very soft; set aside.
  2. 2. Cut chicken breasts in half lengthwise, season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
