  • 1/3 cup pecan pieces or chopped walnuts
  • 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons aged balsamic vinegar
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries and salad greens. Slice the strawberries into halves or quarters.
  2. Rinse the mixed greens under cold water and pat dry. Thinly slice the red onion.
