  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberries by slicing or dicing them. Reserve one-third for later.

  7. Let cool completely before transferring to an airtight container.
