  • 1 box of puff pastry dough (2 sheets), thawed
  • 1 8-ounce block of cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • Lime zest from one whole lime
  • 2-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • Fresh blueberries, rinsed and dried
  • Fresh strawberries, stems removed and cut in half
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Roll out thawed puff pastry and cut into circles.
  3. Prepare the cream cheese filling by mixing cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, lime juice, lime zest, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Place two tablespoons of filling on each pastry circle and top with fruit.
  5. Bake for 15-16 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Cool slightly before serving.
