  • 2 kiwis
  • 1/2 mango
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 pineapple
  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and chop strawberries, kiwis, mango, and pineapple into uniform cubes.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the chopped fruits with lemon juice and sugar; gently mix.
