  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the fettuccine: Boil salted water in a large pot; cook fettuccine until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Sear the steak: In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add steak strips seasoned with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; sear for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from pan.
