  • 6 oz sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
  • 8 oz large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 6 oz egg noodles or spaghetti, cooked and drained
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • ½ red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Toasted sesame seeds for garnish
  • Extra green onions for garnish
  • Lime wedges for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season steak and shrimp with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak for 1–2 minutes per side; remove and set aside. Cook shrimp until pink, about 2 minutes; remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, lower heat and melt butter. Sauté garlic until fragrant (30 seconds).
  3. Add broccoli and red bell pepper; stir-fry for 2–3 minutes. Toss in cooked noodles along with soy sauce.
  4. Return steak and shrimp to the skillet, mixing well for 1–2 minutes until heated through.
  5. Plate your dish and garnish with sesame seeds, green onions, and lime wedges if desired.
