  • 20-oz can pineapple chunks in juice
  • 8-oz can mandarin orange slices
  • 10-oz bag mini vegan marshmallows
  • 24-oz container of sour cream
  • Box of orange flavored vegan gelatin

Instructions

  1. Drain all canned fruit using a colander and let sit for about four hours.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream with the orange vegan gelatin until smooth.
  3. Fold in the drained fruits and mini vegan marshmallows gently until well-coated.
