Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a standard 9×5 loaf pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas well. Add the egg, vanilla extract, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon; stir until combined.
