  • 3/4 cup thick Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions
