  • 1/3 cup raw honey
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (approx. 4-6 large lemons)

Instructions

  1. Juice the lemons until you have one cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  2. In a large pitcher, mix 4 cups of water with the raw honey and stir until dissolved.
  3. Add the lemon juice and the remaining 2 cups of water to the pitcher and mix well.
  4. For fruit variations, blend the desired fruit until smooth, strain if necessary, then stir in two cups of the lemonade base.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving over ice.
