  • 1 pineapple
  • 2 quarts strawberries
  • 2 mangoes
  • 30 ounces mandarin oranges (drained)
  • 5 kiwi
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits under cold water and drain.
  2. Core and chop the pineapple into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Stem and slice strawberries; add to the mixing bowl.
  4. Peel and slice mangoes; toss with other fruits.
  5. Drain mandarin oranges and add to the bowl.
  6. Peel and chop kiwi; mix in gently.
  7. Peel and slice bananas; combine all fruits together.
  8. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture; sprinkle sugar if desired.
  9. Gently stir until well mixed and serve in plastic cups.
