  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 large peaches, sliced

  • 1 tsp fresh cracked pepper, divided
  • 1 tsp oregano, divided
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika, divided
  • 8 oz turkey strips
  • 1 large shallot
  • 3 cloves garlic, grated or pressed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Season the chicken thighs with half of the salt and spices.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook turkey strips for about 3 minutes; set aside.
  3. Sear the seasoned chicken thighs in olive oil until browned (1-2 minutes per side).
  4. Sauté chopped shallots and grated garlic in the same skillet until fragrant.
  5. Deglaze the pan with chicken broth and stir in butter and honey until melted.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet along with thyme sprigs and cover; bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Add sliced peaches on top and broil for an additional 3-5 minutes until soft.
