  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs: Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and let sit covered for 10–12 minutes.
  2. Cool the eggs: Drain hot water and transfer eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes before peeling.
  3. Prepare the filling: Slice each egg in half lengthwise and scoop out yolks into a mixing bowl. Mash yolks until smooth.
  4. Mix ingredients: Combine mashed yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir in most of the crumbled turkey bacon.
  5. Assemble: Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into egg whites and garnish with reserved turkey bacon, smoked paprika, and chives if desired. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
