  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, soy sauce, lemon zest, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper. Add minced garlic and mix well.
  2. Marinate the Salmon: Place salmon fillets in a resealable bag, pour marinade over them, seal the bag tightly and shake gently to coat evenly. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 6 hours).
  3. Cooking Instructions: For Grilling: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove salmon from marinade; grill for about 5–6 minutes on each side. For Baking: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place salmon on a lined baking sheet; bake for approximately 15 minutes or until cooked through.
