  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp fresh orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp orange zest
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: Orange zest, sugared cranberries, candied orange peels

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, sugar, vanilla extract, and melted butter; press into a deep dish pie plate.
  2. Cook fresh cranberries with orange juice, zest, sugar, and vanilla until softened; let cool.
  3. Whip heavy cream with orange juice, zest, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form; set aside half.
  4. Blend cooled cranberry filling with cream cheese; gently fold in whipped cream.
  5. Assemble by spreading cranberry filling over crust and topping with remaining whipped cream.
  6. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
