  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 box instant Oreo Cookies 'n Cream pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream (reduced-fat)
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • About 20 Oreo cookies (8 whole, remainder chopped)
  • For frosting: 1 cup milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3/4 cup cold milk
  • whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, vegetable oil, and water as per package instructions. Mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in chopped Oreos gently.
  4. Pour batter into the bundt pan and bake for about 60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
  5. For ganache, melt chocolate chips with heavy cream and butter over low heat until smooth.
  6. Prepare frosting by whisking pudding mix with cold milk; fold in whipped topping.
  7. Once cooled, drizzle ganache over the cake and top with frosting.
