  • 1 lb mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 2 packs ladyfingers
  • Juice of 3 lemons

  1. Prepare the raspberry syrup by boiling water, sugar, lemon juice, and raspberries until thickened. Strain to cool.
  2. Create the cream mixture by whisking eggs and sugar over a double boiler until thickened, then mixing in cooled butter.
