  • 1 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 3/4 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg (room temperature)
  • 1 egg yolk (room temperature)
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries (slightly thawed)
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine melted butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix in egg and egg yolk.
  4. Gradually incorporate dry ingredients into the wet mixture using a rubber spatula until just combined. Gently fold in raspberries and white chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop dough balls onto prepared sheets, spacing them evenly.
  6. Bake for 13–15 minutes until edges are lightly golden brown.
  7. Sprinkle extra white chocolate chips on top while warm and let cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
