  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 (3.4-oz) package chocolate instant pudding
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 3/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp. heavy cream
  • 1 c. semisweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 c. peanut butter, warmed
  • 1 c. chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, instant pudding, eggs, water, melted butter, and vegetable oil until smooth. Pour the batter into the bundt pan.
  3. Bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  4. Cool for 10 minutes in the pan before inverting onto a rack to cool completely.
  5. Prepare the filling by mixing softened butter and peanut butter until combined, then add powdered sugar and heavy cream until smooth. Transfer to a piping bag.
  6. Scoop holes into the bottom of the cooled cake and fill with the peanut butter mixture.
  7. Drizzle with melted chocolate and warmed peanut butter before topping with chopped candy.
