  • 1 bag (12 ounces) butterscotch chips

  2. Gradually add crispy rice cereal, mixing thoroughly.
  3. Spread the mixture onto parchment paper into three thin rectangles. Allow to cool completely.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate and butterscotch chips in intervals until smooth.
  5. Pour the melted mixture over each rectangle and spread evenly.
  6. Roll each rectangle tightly from one edge to the other.
  7. Slice into half to one-inch pieces.
