  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
