  • 1 green apple
  • 2 romaine lettuce leaves

  • 2 Tbsp dried barberries (or cranberries)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  2. Tear romaine lettuce into pieces.
