  • 2 cups fresh spinach, finely chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan until smooth.
  3. Stir in finely chopped spinach and seasonings (garlic powder, onion powder, salt) until well combined.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes until edges are golden brown and centers are bubbly.
