  • 2 packs (16 oz each) strawberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 14.25 oz box white cake mix
  • 3 oz pack strawberry jello mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 24.3 oz Philadelphia no-bake cheesecake filling

Instructions

  1. Slice one side of each strawberry flat and chop the remaining into small pieces. Combine chopped strawberries with sugar and refrigerate.
  2. Prepare the cake mix according to the package instructions using egg whites as required. Pour into a greased 9×13 baking dish and bake at 350°F for about 33 minutes.
  3. While the cake bakes, dissolve the jello mix in boiling water.
  4. Once baked, poke holes in the warm cake using a wooden spoon handle. Pour dissolved jello evenly over the cake and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  5. Spread cheesecake filling evenly over the cooled cake and decorate with sliced strawberries.
