  • 4 black tea bags (English breakfast or Earl Grey)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 medium orange, sliced into thin rounds
  • 1 medium lemon, sliced into thin rounds
  • ¼ cup honey or granulated sugar (optional)
  • Ice cubes for serving
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil 4 cups of water in a kettle.
  2. Remove from heat and steep the tea bags for about 5 minutes before removing them.
  3. Let the tea cool slightly.
  4. While cooling, slice the strawberries, orange, and lemon.

  6. Stir in honey or sugar if desired until dissolved.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill and meld flavors.
